There Is Only One Member of Congress Completely Untainted by Antisemitism
You don't have to be a psychopath to buy the whole antisemitism fraud, but it helps. it also helps if you want to run for Congress.
With nine months still to go in the 118th Congress, there are already more than 90 bills and resolutions introduced that include the word “antisemitism” in the text. For comparison, in the entire decade of the 1980s, there were only nine, including two by New York Senator Alphonse D’Amato, who was learning the hard way that slavish pandering only works until it doesn’t. In a tough reelection fight against a New York Representative named Chuck Schumer, Senator D’Amato was forced to lower his pandards to the point where, on June 28, 1984, he became the first member of either house of Congress to introduce a CRAB, a “condemning rising antisemitism bill.”1
This Congress’ most recent CRAB, S.Res. 589, was introduced in the Senate on March 14 by Senator Richard Durbin of Illinois and the next day in the House, H.Con.Res. 99, by Representative Delia Ramirez of Illinois’ 3rd District. The title of this particular CRAB is “Honoring Wadee Alfayoumi, a 6-year-old Palestinian-American boy, murdered as a victim of a hate crime for his Palestinian-Muslim identity, in the State of Illinois.”
From the text:
Whereas, on October 14, 2023, at 11:30 a.m., Wadee Alfayoumi was brutally stabbed 26 times by a hate-driven perpetrator and tragically succumbed to his injuries;
Whereas Wadee Alfayoumi’s perpetrator2 has been indicted for a hate crime … and has been observed to be a consumer of media containing dehumanizing and hateful rhetoric that is anti-Muslim [he watches Sacha Baron Cohen movies?] and anti-Palestinian [he reads the New York Times?];
…
Whereas the recent Israel-Gaza conflict has had a particularly devastating impact on children in the region, including at one point resulting in a Palestinian child dying every 10 minutes, according to the World Health Organization: Now, therefore, be it
That Congress recognizes that—
…(4) the United States has zero tolerance for hate crimes, Islamophobia, anti-Semitism, and anti-Palestinian and anti-Arab discrimination.
Imagine the mental life of a person who sees the murder of a Palestinian boy as an opportunity to decry the imaginary persecution of Jews even while Jews are, in fact, hip deep in innocent Palestinian blood as they go about their slaughter in Gaza with the full support, protection, and funding of the very Congress honoring the life of a murdered Palestinian boy in Illinois. Yes, indeed, insane.
Because, people, it is insane in the first place to believe in “antisemitism” as a real thing. No one’s experience of bigotry is special. Being the victim of bigotry sucks for everyone. This is what’s wrong with the dopey idea of “God’s Chosen People.” It only works if God is a psychopath. Then, yeah, once you are a psychopath, everything is special about you. The world revolves around you, but only because it’s out to get you. Also, everyone else is subhuman.3
But, antisemitism is The World’s Oldest Hate, cry the Jews.
No, sorry, Jews, but you are just wrong about that. There’s no such thing as a “world’s oldest hate.” It’s actually a stupid thing to say. Hate is just part of the human experience—like digestion. To say “antisemitism” is the world’s oldest hate is like saying breakfast is the world’s oldest digestion. It’s a nonsensical thing to say and you should stop it.
What does exist, though, is the “world’s worst reputation.” And you guys do, in fact, own that one. That comes with slaughtering little kids on live TV. And, yes, I’m sure it is very unpleasant to be known as the worst people in the world, but torture, genocide, organ-harvesting, racist banking, nation-wrecking, cultural sabotage—all these things carry lots of negativity.
In the non-psychopathic world, the way to improve one’s reputation is to improve one’s behavior. But, when God is a psychopath, things get complicated.
Improving Jewish behavior means explicitly to fail to observe Jehovah’s “statutes and judgments,” which command, among other horrors, the “utter destruction” of any gentiles among whom Jews dwell.4 I understand that nonobservance only pisses Jehovah off, so I don’t know what to tell you. He’s not my God. But, I suspect having 90 bills in the US Congress trying to make it illegal for Jews to have a bad reputation is going to damage your reputation among the gentiles even further, and isn’t going to satisfy YHWH in any case.
Seriously, how can you not hate Tennessee Representative David Kustoff? Here’s H. Res. 894, the CRAB he introduced on December 5, 2023, “Strongly condemning and denouncing the drastic rise of antisemitism in the United States and around the world.” The Jewish Republican thought it worthy of the American Congress’ attention that “on November 11, 2023, as part of a massive anti-Israel protest, rioters set off smoke bombs in front of a synagogue in London, England.” Kustoff sits in the Congress that has sent hundreds of billions of dollars in cash, weapons, ammunition, and real bombs to Israel for his people to rain down on the innocent children of Gaza. In London, some people set off smoke bombs to protest the real bombs splattering the brains of children against the rocks. And it’s the smoke bombs that bring Rep. Kustoff to the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives screeching about a “drastic rise in antisemitism” as if it’s important and just happening for no reason. Pure psychopathy.
Kustoff includes in his resolution a detailed list of the persecution Jews have suffered recently globally:
protesters in the US and abroad have chanted “from the river to the sea,”
a car in New Jersey swerved at a “visibly Jewish family,”
a “mezuzah was torn off the doorpost of a Jewish person's apartment” in Italy,
“anti-Israel rioters vandalized a Jewish medical tent [whatever that is] in DC by spray painting ‘Free Gaza’ on it,”
an Israeli flag was torn down in a restaurant somewhere,
and so on.
The same criminal Congress that had just approved H. R. 6126 the previous month providing $48,461,400,000 in military aid, weapons, and ammunition with which to bury alive tens of thousands of innocent children under the rubble of their own homes in Gaza agreed to David Kustoff’s psychopathic resolution:
Resolved, That the House of Representatives-- (1) strongly condemns and denounces all instances of antisemitism occurring in the United States and globally;5 (2) reaffirms and reiterates its strong support for the Jewish community at home and abroad; (3) calls on elected officials and world leaders to condemn and fight all forms of domestic and global antisemitism; (4) clearly and firmly states that anti-Zionism is antisemitism; and (5) rejects all forms of terror, hate, discrimination, and harassment of members of the Jewish community.”
The psychopathology of Jehovah-worship couldn’t be more clearly illustrated. So, it isn’t surprising that Kustoff’s CRAB gratuitously includes an upfront endorsement of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance, which I’ve frequently warned against.
Whereas the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance's working definition of antisemitism is widely accepted and serves as a critical tool to help individuals comprehend and identify the various manifestations of antisemitism;
One of the examples of antisemitic discrimination on the IHRA website (the examples are frequently included in the laws passed against antisemitism):
Accusing Jews as a people of being responsible for real or imagined wrongdoing committed by a single Jewish person or group, or even for acts committed by non-Jews.
In other words, under the IHRA's definition, it is an act of antisemitic discrimination against Jews to blame Jews for what Jews do.
It's OK to say “the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor” or “the Germans were responsible for the Holocaust” (Germans as a people are still paying “reparations” to the Jews as a people).
It's also OK to praise Jews as a people for positive contributions they have made.
But you have committed an act of antisemitic discrimination if you say, perfectly accurately, “Jews were responsible for the Bolshevik Revolution” or “Jews are responsible for the 1965 Immigration and Nationality Act that racially transformed the US.”
In Florida, and many other states and countries in the West, if a Jew claims to feel threatened by these accurate statements, you can be arrested under this definition of antisemitism and end up in prison with a ten-year sentence and a third-degree felony conviction.
David Kustoff likes that. He wants to impose a gag rule on gentiles for the benefit of his people. He wants the slaughter of innocent children to continue for the benefit of Israel, but he doesn’t want anyone to say anything about it or throw any smoke bombs in protest of his real bombs.
David Kustoff is a raging psychopath.
Oh, who is that CRAB-free member of Congress? Thomas Massie, of Kentucky. He is the only member of Congress who hasn’t sponsored or cosponsored a single CRAB.
Aaron Bushnell update: I’ve got almost all the yard signs mailed out. I’m sorry it has taken so long. It was just more expensive than I was anticipating.
Last Friday, I spent a few hours handing out signs and talking to students at a large university nearby. I’m more convinced than ever that Aaron’s sacrifice has potency if it can be unleashed.
You could say that with S. 2816 (98th), “A bill to stem the tide of anti-semitism,” Senator D’Amato gave us CRABs.
It is surprising how sloppy the writing has gotten in the Congress. No one, except, possibly, one’s mother, is anyone else’s “perpetrator.”
Nevertheless, we had to cut the end of your dick off while you were a defenseless baby so the celestial psychopath could tell his chosen from the subhuman animals.
Christian Zionists should actually just read the Old Testament—Deuteronomy, Leviticus, Numbers, Ezekiel. There’s way more in there than that one verse about nations that bless Israel get blessed themselves (btw, after all this genociding for Jehovah, when do these blessings finally kick in? things just seem to look worse and worse for our nation.)
You couldn’t be more psychopathically grandiose.
There are 33 Israeli American dual citizens in Congress. This, from 2% of the population.
Why we allow dual citizens in elected offices I’ll never understand, but the consequences are clear.
Great article, Craig. They never stop. Massie's the only decent person in the whole of Congress, imo. I don't follow them much, but he seem to be on the right side of things, even when he has to stand alone. I read somewhere that he's in AIPAC's sights in the upcoming election. No surprise there.
