House Speaker Mike Johnson and Rep. Mike Lawler of New York deliver major victory to neo-Bolshevists with Antisemitism Awareness Act of 2023

On May Day, the House of Representatives passed the Antisemitism Awareness Act of 2023 [H.R. 6090] by a lopsided vote of 320 - 91. It was introduced by white Republican Congressman Mike Lawler (NY-17), a Catholic, and passed through a Republican-majority House by white House Speaker Mike Johnson, a Christian evangelical. Almost all Jews in Congress are Democrats. A future Jew will argue: how can you say Jews are responsible for stripping out the First Amendment. The Antisemitism Awareness Act was passed by white Republican Christians.

Here’s what H.R.6090 does. It extends the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and its vast federal aparatus to cover “discrimination rooted in antisemitism.”

From the text of the bill:

Congress finds the following:

1. Antisemitism is on the rise in the United States and is impacting Jewish students in K–12 schools, colleges, and universities. [Antisemitism has been on the rise for 133 years in a row. It is always “on the rise,” which illustrates the fraudulent nature of the whole antisemitism scam. Moreover, as Rabbi Fersko showed us, Jewish kids are taught to sense “atmospheric antisemitism.” In other words, this scam applies regardless of anything gentiles do or don’t do…forever. Dear God, how can my people be so fucking stupid and gullible as to swallow this shit over and over and over again?]

2. The International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (referred to in this Act as the IHRA) Working Definition of Antisemitism is a vital tool which helps individuals understand and identify the various manifestations of antisemitism. [I’ve been warning about this outfit since I started this stack. The IHRA says it is “working to make ‘never again’ a reality.” On its website, it reads, “The Holocaust is eminently relevant to the present day. A well-informed understanding of the Holocaust, the paradigmatic genocide, can help in comprehending and addressing other genocides, mass atrocities, and human rights violations.”
   

   In a query I sent to them, I wrote:

   While your organization claims it has a “well-informed understanding” of  the genocide of Jews by Nazis in WWII, and provides extensive educational materials on such to children and policymakers around the world, a critic might wonder how well that understanding has helped your own organization in "comprehending and addressing other genocides." A search on the word "Nazi" on your website returns 53 pages of results, but a search on the word "Bolshevik" returns nothing.

   The IHRA was quick to condemn the Russian invasion of Ukraine, but they haven’t mentioned the actual genocide underway right now in Gaza. In other words, they are just another ADL-style supremacist operation providing weaponized ethnocentrism, but on an international level. Here is the entirety of my unanswered query to them.]

3. On December 11, 2019, Executive Order 13899 extended protections against discrimination under the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to individuals subjected to antisemitism on college and university campuses and tasked Federal agencies to consider the IHRA Working Definition of Antisemitism when enforcing title VI of such Act.
   [Right now, the protests against genocide are being attacked as antisemitism. Anything and everything can be made to be an example of God’s Chosen Bigotry. This is so obviously, nakedly totalitarian that the mere fact this bill sailed through the “people’s house” is sufficient to prove unequivocally that democracy is a great evil.]

4. Since 2018, the Department of Education has used the IHRA Working Definition of Antisemitism when investigating violations of that title VI. [See, when legislating against something imaginary, it is necessary to spend a great deal of effort on the definition. Legislating against real things like “drunk driving” or “armed robbery” never need separate legislation devoted entirely to the definition of the legislative target.]

5. The use of alternative definitions of antisemitism impairs enforcement efforts by adding multiple standards and may fail to identify many of the modern manifestations of antisemitism. [LOL, right. If Jews are going to be locking Christians in cages for “atmospheric” discrimination, a big danger is that Jews may often fail to realize they are suffering horrific persecution and tragically miss the chance to destroy a Christian’s life.]

6. The White House released the first-ever United States National Strategy to Counter Antisemitism on May 25, 2023, making clear that the fight against this hate is a national, bipartisan priority that must be successfully conducted through a whole-of-government-and-society approach. [Then after that, we’re going up to the coast of France to do battle with some marsh grasses.]

Then the bill’s authors, as always, make sure specific reference is made to the IHRA “examples,” because that’s where the teeth are. And then it goes on:

In reviewing, investigating, or deciding whether there has been a violation of title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000d et seq.) on the basis of race, color, or national origin, based on an individual’s actual or perceived shared Jewish ancestry or Jewish ethnic characteristics,

Characteristics like a propensity for committing genocide?

the Department of Education shall take into consideration the definition of antisemitism as part of the Department’s assessment of whether the practice was motivated by antisemitic intent.

Well that certainly preserves our rights as citizens of a free country, doesn’t it? No room for abuse, there. /s

Imagine your position if you were a Russian aristocrat just after the 1917 revolution. Antisemitism has been made a capital offense already and you’ve been arrested by CheKa and taken for interrogation. There may be a written record of the interrogation or not. Your interrogator has absolute power over you and his decision is final. If your interrogator determines you are an antisemite, he can order you executed immediately, or tortured to death, and full confiscation of your property by the “state” (meaning your interrogator and his friends back on the Lower East Side of New York City) “for the proletariat” (reparations), leaving your widow and children homeless and destitute if they aren’t themselves executed.¹ You are waiting in the interrogation room, your stomach in knots. The door opens and in walks your interrogator—a 20-something Jew,² who was given the job on the strength of his radicalism, and who may or may not even speak Russian.³

And the bill’s last provision:

Nothing in this Act shall be construed to diminish or infringe upon any right protected under the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

No need to do any construing. The whole bill is a flat out abrogation of the First Amendment, which, in any case, outside a small and dwindling number of courtrooms, only still exists in the people’s memory. Certainly not in Congress.

If readers want to take a look at the examples, they are here. Essentially, they say that there is to be no criticism of those who control the country—the Jews. The sentence I just wrote, for example, will be illegal (as it already is in Florida if any Jew there chooses to feel threatened by it). The truth or falseness of a statement is immaterial. If a Jew determines that what you’ve said is a “stereotype”—a trope—you’ve committed discrimination. And throw equal protection under the law out the window, as well. Only Jews receive benefit from this law, and it will only be used against gentiles.

Right now, this bill only applies to schools. But, just as they did in Florida, it will soon be expanded from education to the political sphere. Jews, who already have too much power in this country (it’s why you are paying for genocide), are being handed another powerful weapon against us thanks to the sheer, rank stupidity of the Christians in Congress.

1. The Bolshevik Jews who implemented history’s bloodiest genocide were the direct ancestors of the Israeli Jews slaughtering the children of Gaza today. They went out of their way to execute children in front of their parents before executing the parents (and sometimes vice versa) just for the pleasure of making their last minutes on earth as agonizing as possible. I don’t know whether there is such a thing as actual demons, but, if there isn’t, there is something very close. Laughably, these are the same people the Christian Zionists support as “God’s Chosen People.” None were ever brought to justice. (While Germans who were guilty of nothing worse than losing WWII were tortured to obtain confessions then gleefully hung on the Jewish Day of Atonement in Nuremberg.)

2. The pool from which your interrogator would be drawn:

Alexandre Koulicher was a 27-year-old professor at the University of Petrograd (St Petersburg) in Russia when the Bolsheviks seized power in October, 1917. He immediately emigrated to France where he went on to become one of the pioneers of demographic transition theory. Here he is in 1923 describing the role of the Jews in Russia in the period leading up to the catastrophe of 1917:

Before the revolution there were, among the Jews of Russia, individuals and groups of individuals, the activity could be characterised…precisely by the lack of sense of responsibility in the face of the confusion that reigned in the minds of the Jews… [through] the propagation of a ‘revolutionary spirit’ as vague as it was superficial… All their political action consisted in being more to the left than the others. Confined to the role of irresponsible critics, never going to the end of things, they considered that their mission consisted of always saying: ‘It is not enough!’… These people were ‘democrats’… But there was also a particular category of democrats—moreover, they referred to themselves as the ‘Jewish Democratic Group’—who attached this adjective to any substantive, inventing an unsustainable talmud of democracy… With the only end to demonstrate that the others were not yet sufficiently democrats… They maintained an atmosphere of irresponsibility around them, of contentless maximalism, of insatiable demand. All of which had fatal consequences when the revolution came.” The destructive influence of this press is undoubtedly one of the weaknesses, of great vulnerability, of Russian public life in the years 1914‐1917.

3. Here’s how the political situation in Russia was described by a British labor delegation just returned from Russia in April, 1919: From the Iron and Steel Trades Confederation: “Throughout the districts occupied or administered by the Soviet Government 90 per cent. of the population is against the administration, and probably not more than 5 per cent. actively support the same. This 5 per cent. consists of returned political refugees, mostly non-Russian in race, members of the many committees, commissariats, and Government's Departments, Red Army recruits, who are receiving high wages, and a certain number of fanatics, mostly young, of both sexes.
