Before CRT entered public discourse, I was lectured about the oppressiveness of whiteness by the world's premier Jungian at the time (early 90's) the Jewish scholar James Hillman. The topic came out of nowhere in terms of previous talks on psychology rooted in mythology, his ongoing post-Jungian approach. But in retrospect I see now this intro to white bashing was encouraging us to get more political, standing up for your beliefs, being strident if you have to. He was advocating social activism/wokeness before its time. He must have gotten an early draft of the CRT meme from the Elders of Zion.
Among my personal and FB friends, there are 5 who don't easily fit into your current categories. These women seem to slip between the cracks. 3 are lapsed liberals and 2 are newly awakening conservatives. None are Deserters as they all believe in the White race. It's just that they don't think race is a very important consideration. Race is an accident of birth say the libs and we're all children of God say the Christian cons. They would all accept the prevalent idea that the races are equal or better yet, there's only one race, the human. All would also be loathe to link intelligence w/ race or any other behavioral traits either.
These are not woke activists or Qbie extremists yet all have growing concern that govt and media lie constantly and, more specifically, that co-vid was/is a sham. Perhaps the key to their racial myopia is that none of them will talk about the JQ. The cons will talk about Blacks as a social problem, while the libs are more comfortable condemning institutions. None seem to notice how Jews stir up Blacks against Whites or that Jews control those detestable institutions.
I've noticed that the older the person, the more loath they seem to be to discuss the role of Jews in American society. Or the more shocked by a simple statement of the obvious. I guess that makes them Deniers, but it does seem odd. You would think they would be less conditioned than the young, but young people seem more interested and open-minded.
All I can come up w/ is that the older you get the more fearful you become. Young people have more life energy. Young men especially are full of testosterone. When you have less to lose and you're feeling internally strong, you can be bold.
Race consciousness is a hard sell to Whites anywhere. Blacks and Hispanics are encouraged to be proud - flaunt your thug culture, viva la raza! Or alternately, protest your victimhood as minorities. Asians are in a different position. They're still connected to their ancestry, proud of their roots, eager to achieve. Whites sadly have become deracinated, trying to escape the guilt and shame of slavery and holocaust..
The simplest warning to the unawakened - fear the Jews - is almost impossible to put across.

I will admit that I struggled to face the truth about issues like the holocaust(TM) and even "global warming." But once I got my head around the propaganda, there was a certain amount of relief: White Europeans (especially Germans, but also including my Ukrainian brethren) are not innately evil. The world is not going to go up in flames as the last polar bear starves on a melting iceberg. Oh happy day!
But try to make someone's day by telling them these horrible lies are not true, and they will turn on you as if you have threatened to remove the eye teeth from their first-born child.
It must be a fear-response. A completely subconscious one, cloaked in anger, that is automatically triggered as soon as one strays a step too far from the officially-approved narrative.
It *is* a relief, and I think that is a good way of thinking about it, because it's very real and has a profound effect. For a class I had in college we read some ancient historians, like Tacitus and Herodotus, and I remember on the way to class one morning thinking about what I had read the night before, and it suddenly hit me like a punch to my chest: "Wow! We weren't so bad after all. We weren't demons. We were just humans." It was really a transformative moment that I remember to this day. I never saw the world the same way again. All that demonization that all whites grow up with just fell away. It really cleared up a lot of stuff for me. And you are right, it is a relief. I felt the same relief you felt.
I ended up, years later, developing a program to bring that relief to men in distress (white men, though only 30 percent of the population, are 70 percent of the nation's suicides). Another possibility is that younger people aren't as sold on the propaganda. Perhaps, when it gets to a certain saturation level, it just doesn't seem so unquestionable, especially since the more severely reality is distorted, the more frequent and dramatic the incidents of narrative collapse. The whole Covid imbroglio has to have had a major impact on the people's trust in those bedrock institutions--the media, the schools, the government--our parents swore by.
Along with youthful boldness, and having less time as a cuckold to feel humiliated about, the youth may just be more cynical, like the workers in the Soviet Union who said, "We pretend to work, and they pretend to pay us."
